Mortgage Land Surveyor, LLC, has a strict policy that all Surveys are visited by a trained qualified Field Personnel's that must graphically portray the site with field notes that will be used as direct records for the drafter to recreate the Survey Site. In other words every Survey must have "Boots on the Ground" from personnel's. We are very proud of our profession and will not in anyway disrespect it. We currently mark corners with pin flags but if the client request Wood Stakes for marking their property corner just state it on the order and the field crew will mark it as so.
Please note that these prices are the standard starting prices. We try to maintain these standard prices for all mortgage surveys, But sometimes a subject property has unusual issues that make it a more difficult survey and therefore we may have to quote a higher charge for the survey. such examples could be a sectional breakdown (this requires the surveyor to locate section corners and other monuments for the survey); Metes and Bounds Legal Description; Plats that are older than the 1950's; These are just a few of the complications that we run into for the Residential / Mortgage Survey.
